In London to actors Will Knightley and Sharman Macdonald, Knightley obtained an agent at age six and initially worked in commercials and television films. In addition, she branched out into modern dramas. Begin Again, (2013) featured her as an aspiring singer and Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, (2014) saw her as a medical school student.
